...on fast food

I know it's an old film but I have just watched Morgan Spurlock's "Super Size Me". That is one scary film! I watched it while eating a pizza...real nice...the guy throwing up while I'm eating...real nice...the view down an operation camera while I'm eating...real nice! More to the point, he does say that his experiment was extreme, however, how you can't be affected by what he says I don't know, but what effect? Are people now going to go out and recreate his experiment to see if they resond the same? Are more people goinmg to go out and but McD (or whatever) because of all the free advertising he's given them? Will people eat even more McD because he finished the month without dying?

Maybe I won't eat as much fast food, or in my case cheap greasy canteen food. However, who noticed the thing he said only once in the entire film (near the beginning) about also not doing any exercise? And this has been my point all along, especially to the people who say I've got a (small) belly because I eat too much (generally, not fast food). For the vast majority of normal people - it's not the amount you eat but the amount of exercise you do. Yes, I know there are exceptions, like people with medical conditions or hereditary obesity but for most poeple my theory holds up. And yes I do think that most poeple could eat more healthily aswell. But more important is to get a decent amount of exercise!

And no, I don't like (or eat) McD.
